We're penning this preview before the dust has settled on what we hope is/was/will be Friday night's fireworks in the Netherlands.

To start the weekend proper, we're jumping straight into Sunday, when there's a morning game in Spain's La Liga.

Pepe Mel's Deportivo La Coruna lost the new season's first appearance at the Riazor 3-0 to Real Madrid. This weekend, they face another team that looks destined for the top half of the table, and the result could be a similar one.

Depor finished 16th last term and are yet to reveal any improvements for the new campaign. Eusebio Sacristan's Sociedad won 8/10 visiting bottom-half teams last term and, having taken six points from six so far this season, we like the price on them staying perfect for at least another weekend.

In 2016/17, Depor lost half of their 10 matches hosting top-half outfits, and that record too suggests there's value in Sociedad's comfortably odds-against win price for this one.
