CR Brasil v Tupi
Friday 00:00
The Whitecaps scaled the heights last night with a 2-0 win but it's Real pain for Salt Lake, and also for us.
Today we seek consolation in Brazil. In Division 2, CR Brasil are running third despite not having kept a clean sheet since the opening day of the season - some 15 games ago. Both teams have scored in 12 of the Cardinals' most recent 13 league appearances, while 7/7 visitors to Rei Pele Stadium have managed to score at least once this term.
Tupi are languishing down in 19th but, under new coach Estevam Soares, they have at least shown an increasing propensity to trouble opposition goalkeepers. The visitors have struck at least once in 5/6 just recently.
At the other end, there seems little danger of a clean sheet - Tupi have managed only one all season - so we're taking the odds-against price about goals at either end tonight.
