There are few teams in Europe in better form than Atalanta right now and they look a solid bet to extend their winning streak against Roma on Saturday.
Jose Mourinho's side have shown glimpses of potential this season but their inconsistency has held them back, and although they had a solid win over Spezia last weekend, they aren't a team you would trust to build on that.
Of particular concern for the visitors is their dismal away form. They've lost five from seven on the road, including winnable games against mid-table sides Bologna, Verona and Venezia. Atalanta are at the top of their game at the moment, and I can't see Roma in their current state getting anything out of this one.
The highlight of the racing weekend is undoubtedly the Long Walk Hurdle at Ascot, a race that has been won by some of the great staying hurdlers including Baracouda, Big Buck's, Paisley Park, Lanzarote and Floyd.
Paisley Park will be lining up again this year and could become the fourth horse to win this race three times, though he has looked short of his best in two outings so far this season. It's also hard to know what to expect of Champ, who is back over hurdles in his first race since pulling up in the Gold Cup in March.
In a highly competitive race, it will pay to stick with the in-form and still improving Buzz. The versatile Cesarewitch winner has form on soft ground and is two from three at this course, including an impressive victory in the Ascot Hurdle last month.
Real Sociedad's season has fallen away dramatically after a strong start but they should be able to earn at least a point this weekend.
Imanol Alguacil's side were top of La Liga at one point in the autumn, but they've now lost three in a row, including a 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Real Betis last time, a defeat that extended their scoreless streak to four matches.
An inability to find the net is also Villarreal's problem. They've won two of their last nine and are scoring goals at the dismal rate of one per game. Highlights are likely to be few and far between at the Reale Arena this weekend and the draw is the best play.
