Tip #1 - Celtic to win @ 2/51.40
Celtic v Hibernian
Sunday 22nd February
Kick off: 15:00
SPFL
Celtic will be a little bruised following their 4-1 defeat to Stuttgart in the Europa League during the week, but I don't think that result will be enough to derail their push for the title.
The most important factor in the title race at the moment is the game in hand that Celtic have on both Rangers and Hearts. Hearts play a day before, so they could open up a five point gap at the top of the league if they can find a way past Falkirk. Rangers play last of the trio, so Celtic can add to the pressure on Danny Rohl's side, in what looks to be a potentially awkward clash away at Livingston.
Celtic ran out 2-1 winners over Hibernian when the sides clashed earlier in the season, and have the quality to repeat that result here. Celtic have won 10 of their 13 games at home in the Scottish Premiership this term, the best home record of any side in the division. Hibernian haven't been the most effective side on the road either, winning just four of their 13 away matches.
Tip #2- Arsenal to win @ 8/151.53
Tottenham v Arsenal
Sunday 22nd February
Kick off: 16:30
Premier League
This has become a must win game for Arsenal, after Mikel Arteta watched his side drop points against Wolves last time out - despite having a 2-0 lead in that game with 30 minutes to go. That collapse will be familiar to Arsenal fans, and there may already be signs that the same implosion is occurring with the North London side.
That being said, there aren't many better opponents that Arsenal could hope to face at the moment than Tottenham, who find themselves in real disarray following the sacking of Thomas Frank. Igor Tudor will take charge of his first game as Tottenham manager, but I don't see him having much success against an Arsenal side that have dominated Tottenham over recent seasons.
Arsenal have won each of the last four meetings between the sides in the Premier League, coming away 4-1 winners when the sides clashed at the Emirates earlier in the campaign. Despite recent slip ups in their hunt for the title, Arsenal should be encouraged by how poor Tottenham have been at home this season.
Thomas Frank oversaw just two wins from Tottenham's 13 home games in the Premier League, with these wins coming against Brentford and Burnley.
Tip #3- AC Milan to win @ 1/31.33
AC Milan v Parma
Sunday 22nd February
Kick off: 17:00
Serie A
AC Milan's hopes of catching up to their city rivals, in what initially looked to be a three horse title race, are increasingly getting slimmer, with the possibility of Milan being 10 points behind Inter before kick off here. However, if Inter slip up in their game on Saturday, then Milan would have a real opportunity to reignite this title race.
Milan have been pretty strong at home in Serie A this season, losing just one of their 12 matches in front of their own supporters. They've only conceded 10 goals across these games, which will create a real issue for Parma, as they are not a prolific side on the road. Parma have only scored eight goals across their 12 away matches in Serie A this term, only managing to win four of these games.
Milan beat Parma 3-2 in this fixture last season, though I think they will be more comfortable in victory this time around. Milan have only lost one game in Serie A all season, they are a very tough side to beat and have navigated some really awkward assignments over recent weeks against the likes of Como, Bologna, and Roma.
Tip #4- Stuttgart to win @ 8/131.61
Heidenheim v Stuttgart
Sunday 22nd February
Kick off: 18:30
Bundesliga
Stuttgart dispatched Celtic with ease in the first leg of their Europa League playoff clash against Martin O'Neill's side during the week, and can carry that momentum into this encounter. Stuttgart are fourth in the Bundesliga, and are in a real battle with Leverkusen, Leipzig, and Hoffenheim for the two remaining Champions League spots on offer.
Stuttgart ran out 1-0 winners in the most recent meeting between the sides, and were pretty comfortable in that triumph, with Heidenheim limited to just one shot on target. Heidenheim have the worst home record of any side in the Bundesliga this season, winning just two of their 11 matches in front of their own supporters.
Furthermore, Heidenheim have only netted 10 goals across these games, suggesting that their lacklustre attacking display against Stuttgart last time out was not an anomaly.
Recent form is also on the side of Stuttgart, that midweek win over Celtic made it four wins from their last five matches across all competitions. Heidenheim have failed to win any of their last five matches, with their only point in this recent sequence coming against fellow relegation candidates, Wolfsburg.
