The Traditional 3pm Acca: A 17/2 shot from England's 3pm's

Can Sean Dyche take Everton all the way to Wembley?

The FA Cup is a major part of Paul Robinson's Daily Acca today, and his selections from five 3pm kick-offs comes in at around the [17/2].

  • Brighton to beat the Blades

  • Leeds to progress at Elland Road

  • Everton to please their home support

Leg 1 Brighton (90mins) @ 4/71.57 (15:00)

Brighton have secured over three times as many more points than Sheffield United in the league this season, and I see no reason why they can't go to Bramall Lane and knock them out of the FA Cup.

Roberto De Zerbi has something special going at the Amex, and the goal will be to turn that into a trophy. This represents the best opportunity for them to do that, while Chris Wilder's hosts have one objective - Premier League survival.

Leg 2 Leeds (90mins) @ 3/101.30 (15:00)

Plymouth have coped surprisingly well since Steven Schumacher departed for Stoke, but their away form has never been that great, and it's hard to see them avoiding defeat at Elland Road.

Leeds are on a five match winning streak, which includes their victory in the last round of this competition. They have already beaten Plymouth here earlier in the campaign, and I am not sure that Daniel Farke will want to make too many changes and disrupt their momentum.

Leg 3 Everton (90mins) @ 4/91.44 (15:00)

It's an all-Premier League tie at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon, and for all of their spirited fight this season, I am expecting Luton to be knocked out by Everton.

Sean Dyche's hosts returned to winning ways in their last match - their third round replay against Crystal Palace - and they have won five of their last 10 on home soil.

The Hatters are in good form at present, but their squad isn't quite as deep as Everton's, and the Toffees are in better shape now than they were when they lost to Luton in September.

Leg 4 Millwall (90mins) @ 1/12.00 (15:00)

Into the Championship now, and despite three straight defeats, I think that Millwall are a good bet to beat Preston.

Ryan Lowe's visitors head south have been beaten in six of their last eight outings, and it's four straight defeats on the road.

Joe Edwards is 14 games into his spell as Lions manager, and while he has only won four times, they had gone five unbeaten prior to their losses to Leicester, Middlesbrough and QPR.

Leg 5 Blackpool (90mins) @ 4/71.57 (15:00)

Blackpool are pushing for promotion from League One, and they should be able to boost their hopes by taking three points against Charlton at Bloomfield Road.

The Addicks are down in 16th place, and they have just sacked their manager following a winless run of 12. Curtis Fleming is in caretaker charge on Saturday, but it's seven wins from nine at home for Blackpool - winning all of the last four.

Acca Wreckers

Sunderland are a shade of odds-on at 10/111.91 to beat Stoke in the Championship on Saturday afternoon, but with results poor so far under Michael Beale, I wouldn't entertain including them in any of my Acca's this weekend.

They have lost their last three - including a home defeat to Hull most recently - and Stoke are undefeated in four on their travels.

The Black Country derby kicks off early on Sunday, and with this being at the Hawthorns, I can't have Wolves at 10/111.91.

There is no doubting that the Premier League club have been very good under Gary O'Neil, but this will be played at a frenetic pace in an intimidating atmosphere, and only two teams have beaten the Baggies at home this term.
