Paul Robinson is aiming to head into the weekend with a 26/1 Daily Acca win, and the action kicks off in France. Here are his selections:
Lyon to make a bright start
Bet 1: Back Lyon to win to nil 1/1 - KO 20:00 BST
Lyon return to domestic action following their Champions League exploits, and they shouldn't have any trouble winning without conceding this evening.
Opponents, Dijon, lost their opening match of the season - at home, without managing to score a goal. They didn't do well in their pre-season friendlies either, and they ended the previous campaign in 16th place.
Rudi Garcia's hosts were solid at home in the latter part of last year, and this is a good fixture to begin with.
Brazilian strugglers to pick up their first win
Bet 2: Back Oeste @ 5/2 - KO 23:15 BST
Oeste and Avai have made poor starts to their Brazilian Serie B season, but I have to think that a home win is a smidge of value here at the prices.
The selection have played five and are yet to win - drawing two and losing three. They have had a tough run of fixtures though, three of which were away from home.
The angle for the bet is that Avai are on a downward spiral. They were relegated from the top flight last year, and after winning their opening Serie B match, they have since gone on to lose three in a row - without even managing a goal of their own.
Chapecoense to impress
Bet 3: Back Chapecoense @ 29/10 - KO 00:30 BST (Sat)
Two of the form Serie B teams meet tonight and the away win looks tempting at 29/10.
Chapecoense are now a second tier club, which is a shame given the tragedy that happened to them a few years ago. They have started well though - three wins and a draw from four games, and they are yet to concede a goal.
A trip to Cuiaba won't be easy, as they too have 10 points from a possible 12, but they were beaten in nearly one third of their home games last season, and Chapecoense have that little bit more class.
