Gujarat Titans v Sunrisers Hyderabad

Gujarat Titans v Sunrisers Hyderabad team news
Gujarat were outclassed by Chennai last time out. It was the sort of performance one may have expected from a team that has lost Hardik Pandya and Mohammad Shami. They conceded 206. Sai Sudharsan's go-slows from No 3, a Kohli-light, is a major problem down the track yet to be noted. Matthew Wade should be available for selection.
Possible XI: Gill, Saha, Sai/Mohit (subs), Shankar, Miler, Omarzai, Tewatia, Rashid, Umesh, Johnson
Sunrisers are probably grateful that Wanindu Hasaranga remains unavailable because it prevents them from making a necessary but tough call. Every team needs an elite spinner and in time one from Travis Head or Aiden Markam should be replaced. SRH are the team that everyone fears at the moment after their destruction of MI's campaign.
Probable XI: Head/Umran (subs), Agarwal, Abhishek, Markram, Klaasen, Samad, Shahbaz, Cummins, B Kumar, Markande, Natarajan
Gujarat Titans v Sunrisers Hyderabad pitch report
In nine of the last 13 T20 at Ahmedabad 175.5 has been busted on a fictional first-innings par line. Gujarat managed 168 against Mumbai and were able to defend. A line of overs 186.5 is a reaction to the hitting displayed by Sunrisers. Both teams for 180 is 10/111.91 with Sportsbook.
Gujarat are marginal 1.9010/11 favourites with Sunrisers 2.0811/10. It is tempting to hold a strong view when faced with such odds but the real bravery may be to say: let's see how it goes.
Considering Titans' record it is arguable that the market should afford more respect. That it doesn't is due to the impact of the Sunrisers' batting. It's forgotten that their bowling has been awful.
Perhaps against a more secure Gujarat team we would be keen to get against Sunrisers for that reason but there may be better opportunities in time.
It might be shrewd to be revising death-over trading targets with the continued dominance of the bat. We're looking at adding 60-65 onto the runs for the last four overs.
Sunrisers, of course, will hope Heinrich Klaasen is in situ. But Gujarat are also set up for late carnage. David Miller could be due a knock of significance.
Klaasen is 10/34.33 for top bat. It's short on batting order for a No 5 but he is now winning at a rate of 35.7%. It could be the ploy is to wait in-play for the odds to more than triple considering he is catching up with the markets seemingly won. Shubman Gill is boosted to 11/43.75 with Sportsbook and that is a wager on win rate (28.5%). He is yet to win and took a century off SRH on this ground last year.
