Timeform run the rule over the field for the E.B.F Paul Kelleway Classified Stakes...
Dalradian made it two from two over course and distance when having more in hand than the short-head verdict suggests in May, and is worth chancing to make
amends for a poor run back on turf last time. Film Set and Gallantry could provide the sternest opposition.
Arabian Spirit was an excellent second in the Spring Cup at Newbury in April. He hasn't gone with his usual fluency on both subsequent starts, but a short break could have freshened him up and he is a player if back on song.
Bomber Command has outside claims on the pick of his efforts in 2008, but is in serious decline judged on recent evidence and the usual headgear is dispensed with now.
Gallantry is a hold-up performer who had the race run to suit when second at Chester last time. He is fully effective around this circuit and is one of the more likely types if things drop right.
Grand Vista is more than capable at his best, as he showed when runner-up in a Nad Al Sheba handicap in February 2008, but he was well held in UAE earlier this year and it is hard to know what to expect on his first run for a new stable.
The Which Doctor is a useful handicapper who ended 2008 with a win over course and distance in October. He put in a poor effort on his belated return at Windsor, though.
Dalradian produced a good effort when coming from off a slow pace to land a course-and-distance handicap in May (value for more than winning margin). He was below par on turf last time, but better is expected here.
Film Set confirmed debut promise when winning a six-and-a-half furlong Newbury maiden in October. He was back to best when stepped up to this trip against older horses at Windsor last time and has to be respected here.
Tudor Key put in sound efforts in ten furlong handicaps at Newmarket on his first two outings this term. He seemed to lack pace when returned to this trip last time and is likely to find a few too good again.
Wajaha is a non-runner.

This looks a good opportunity for Vertigo On Course, a fast-finishing third at Southwell last week. Young Dottie's success last month is working out well and she also makes appeal, while each-way players could do worse than side with Toolentidhaar....
