Night Safe travelled like a dream until idling in the closing stages on his return recently and ought to make a bold bid if running to the same level here, but You And I is in the right hands to make his mark over fences and gets a narrow vote. Foxesbow is also worth considering.
"You And I is an Irish point winner who finally came good over hurdles when making all over two and three quarter miles at Southwell in May. He is not overburdened on this chasing bow and runners from his yard rarely lack for fitness."
Night Safe is a lightly raced chaser who looked better than ever when runner-up at Chepstow last month, collared near the finish after idling on the run-in. Looks sure to be in the mix if repeating that.
Dusty Dane produced more consistent results than is usually the case when placed on his last three starts in the spring, but he has no great record fresh, so is probably worth opposing on a return from a seven-month break.
Harris Bay was largely regressive last season, but hinted at better to come when runner-up off a reduced mark at Towcester last month and has claims if continuing in the same vein.
Aberdeen Park won twice within the space of three days over hurdles in July. There was little to get excited about when switched to fences last time, though, and she lacks the scope to make a serious impact in this sphere.

Foxesbow got off the mark at the first time of asking over this trip at Ffos Las in August and has produced solid efforts in defeat on both starts since. There is no reason he shouldn't make his presence felt again.
Milton Des Bieffes made gradual improvement when scoring three times at up to two and a half miles over fences in the first half of the year. He was not disgraced back over hurdles for this new yard recently, but has yet to convince over this longer trip.
