Cheltenham Tipping Competition: Final results
Nick's spectacular third day ensures he takes the crown
It's been a long road but a fun journey and at the end of Festival week Nick Shiambouros can be declared our top tipster.
In truth it was pretty much wrapped up after day three when everything he touched turned into a winner.
Put simply, it was going to take something remarkable to overhaul him and while Simon and Graham both had good wins courtesy of Denman and Tiger Cry on Day Four, it wasn't enough to reel in the leader.
Wayne's policy of splitting his bank into equal portions and backing all selections win and place may never be repeated in a tipping comp ever again - but it was fun for a day!
The good news is if you followed three of our four tipsters you would have had a profitable Cheltenham - which is the goal when all is said and done.
Thanks very much to Messrs Shiambouros, Rowlands, Cunningham and Bailey - looking forward to doing it again!
Final positions:
Nick Shiambouros - £2355
Simon Rowlands - £1660.8
Graham Cunningham - £1383.5
Wayne Bailey - £619.53

Well done Nick. I like the way you played the small stakes route on the last day. Why aren't you a RP tipster as you have proved far better than their Friday tipster.

Well said Bernard.I could not agree more with you.Nick provides the best analysis by a mile and his knowledge is second to none.I am also scratching my head as to why he is not the RP tipster.Maybe its because he is not rude or arrogant like the other guy.Go Nick !!!
