16:53 Southwell - 'Sectional' flag for recent winner Dannick

Dannick recorded a good sectional when finally getting off the mark in good style at Lingfield 10 days ago and looks capable of defying a penalty.

The Gary & Josh Moore-trained four-year-old has responded well to the application of a visor and tongue-tie combination in recent starts, first catching the eye at Kempton before winning readily at Lingfield earlier this month.

He's up in grade under his penalty, but is 4lb well-in compared to his future rating and is fancied to strike whilst the iron is hot, with front-runners Finn Ironside and Avatar Jet likely to set the race up perfectly.

17:17 Sandown - Four-timer beckons for Sail On Sailor

Timeform 'Horse In Focus' Sail On Sailor, who doesn't tend to win by far, shaped as if still some way ahead of his mark when bringing up the hat-trick over further at Epsom two weeks ago and he looks to have been found a good opening to complete the four-timer, taking on his elders for the first time.

The Eqtidaar gelding has really hit his straps since going up in trip, with two of his recent wins coinciding with fast ground, so the Simon Dow-trained four-year-old should have conditions to suit once more and a 3lb rise for his latest win looks manageable with the in-form Rossa Ryan booked for the ride.

20:15 Newbury - 'Horse In Focus' Sarangpur to return to winning ways

Sarangpur hasn't looked back since joining Richard Hughes and, having been narrowly denied the hat-trick at Kempton earlier in the month, he's fancied to regain the winning thread at the expense of unexposed four-year-old Nowshesdancing.

The selection was turned over at odds-on last time, but he was unable to fully relax in front having had to make his own running. As a result, he had no answer when headed right near the line by Big Bear Hug.

The hope is that Port George, whose best effort in maidens came from the front, and Dancing Tiger, who was never far from the lead when scoring at Doncaster in March, will help set a stronger tempo.
