Eighty Eight shaped encouragingly starting out for his shrewd connections when second at Wolverhampton recently and holds obvious claims off the same mark.
The now-James Owen-trained seven-year-old was hardly prolific with various trainers in Ireland but shaped very nicely in a messy apprentice riders' handicap last month and now has Cieren Fallon on board for the first time.
If he can get a good position from his wide draw, then this top-rated gelding could prove hard to beat.

Course specialist Empty Nest remains on a handy mark and can go one place better than he did on his reappearance here last week.
The Mark Walford-trained gelding was a winner from a mark of 94 over C&D last March and is now 4 lb lower. His record here reads 2-1-2-3-2 and there doesn't appear to be anything as progressive as last week's winner Rule Me In in this line-up.

Sent off favourite returning over fences, Onefortheditch was undone by an awkward landing two out when finishing mid-field at Galway a month ago, so she is well worth another chance off her significantly lower chase mark.
The former winning pointer is a three-time winner over hurdles, most recently from a mark of 98 - 8 lb above the perch she runs off here.
She stays well so should be given a fairly positive ride, and this top-rated mare could have too much for Courtbrack Boy who made an encouraging chasing debut last time.
