Five winners meet in this conditions race which earns the winner a wildcard entry into next year's Derby, and while it's tough to rule out any of them, Ralph Beckett's colt Rose Moon makes most appeal.

He was well backed for his debut in a novice at Salisbury early this month and looked potentially useful in winning with something in hand having made smooth headway to lead over a furlong out.

Rose Moon earned the 'Horse In Focus' flag for that pleasing start and it makes him the Timeform top-rated in his bid to take his record to two out of two.

Arvana Belle has been beaten a head in both her previous visits to Ffos Las, enough to earn her the 'Horses For Courses' flag, but Rod Millman's filly can make it third time lucky at the track.

She would have been in front in another stride or two when runner-up over seven furlongs at Ffos Las last month and was arguably unlucky not to get her head in front over a mile there last Monday.

Arvana Belle was delayed in making her run on that occasion before keeping on well behind Equion, earning the 'Horse In Focus' flag, and from the same mark here comes out 5 lb clear in the Timeform ratings.

Everything about the way Moon Sand has been campaigned so far by Joseph O'Brien suggests he has been brought along with nurseries in mind, and he gets the chance to prove it at the Curragh.

He has been sent off at long odds for all three of his starts in maidens without making any impact, starting off over nine furlongs but dropping down to an inadequate six at Naas last time.

Moon Sand never threatened when sixth under a hands-and-heels ride at Naas but earned the 'Horse In Focus' flag and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him do much better back up in trip for his nursery debut.
