Doncaster, 13:25 - Class act Montassib 5 lb clear on Timeform's ratings
Montassib takes a marked drop in class into listed company having contested the Group 1 Champions Sprint Stakes last time. Montassib was only seventh on Champions Day, but he possibly found the drying conditions counting against him and he's likely to appreciate the more testing ground at Doncaster.
He's not been at his best on either start this season but there was a lot to like about how he shaped when third over an inadequate five furlongs on his belated reappearance at Newbury in September, finishing with a flourish having been outpaced and detached.
Six furlongs on testing ground at Doncaster should be ideal - he won the Cammidge Trophy under similar conditions last season - and he's 5 lb clear at the head of Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings based on the form he showed when successful in the Group 3 Chipchase Stakes and Group 1 Sprint Cup last season.

Doncaster, 14:35 - 'Horse In Focus' Realign a sprinter to follow
Impressive Salisbury maiden winner Realign finished in mid-division on his first couple of starts in handicaps, but they were fiercely competitive events and may have come as a shock to the system early on in his career.
Realign was gelded and found a less competitive event on his return from an 11-week break at Haydock in September, and he delivered a much-improved display to run out an emphatic length-and-a-half winner from another lightly raced three-year-old.
The style of that success earned Realign the Horse In Focus Flag from Timeform's reporter, marking him out as one to likely to be of firm interest next time, and he remains well treated off a 6 lb higher mark, narrowly heading Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings. He needs to prove his effectiveness on testing ground but is a smart sprinter in the making.

Wolverhampton, 18:30 - Top-rated Silver Sword is on a handy mark
Silver Sword has to be forgiven a disappointing run at Haydock last time, but he had shaped well when fifth in a big-field, competitive handicap at York the time before and looks interesting switching to the all-weather.
Silver Sword virtually refused to race on his first couple of starts but his all-weather record is otherwise a positive one, consisting of a win and three seconds from four completed starts.
He showed useful form to finish runner-up behind subsequent Group 1-placed Sardinian Warrior at Southwell last November on his latest all-weather outing, and he is able to run off a 7 lb lower mark on this occasion. He heads Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings by 3 lb based on that form.
