Musselburgh, 13:45 - Disguisedlimit can improve on promising effort
Disguisedlimit showed fair form during a light campaign over hurdles for Philip Hobbs and Johnson White last season, finishing placed on all four starts, but he looks likely to make a bigger impact over fences for Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerriero based on the promise he showed at Newcastle last month.
Disguisedlimit tended to race keenly in front for his former stable but was ridden with much greater patience on his chasing debut at Newcastle. He still had plenty to do turning into the straight but made rapid headway to go second on the approach to the second last, briefly looking like a threat to the winner, Taras Halls.
He could never get on terms with Taras Halls but pulled 18 lengths clear of the third, seeing the trip out well on his first attempt at two and a half miles and earning the Horse In Focus Flag from Timeform's reporter to mark him out as one likely to be of firm interest next time. He is entitled to benefit from that experience and has the Timeform 'small p' to show that he's expected to improve.

Wolverhampton, 17:30 - Crackergee unlucky not to finish closer last time
Crackergee has failed to build on the promise he showed when runner-up at Kempton on his handicap debut in May, but, fitted with a tongue tie for the first time, he looked unlucky not to finish closer when beaten around a length and a half in fifth at Wolverhampton a couple of weeks ago.
Crackergee found himself trapped on heels early in the straight and had to be switched out wide to get a clear run. That loss of momentum proved costly in a steadily-run race which developed into a dash for home, but Crackergee kept on nicely and was closing near the line.
He showed enough to suggest that he's in good enough form to capitalise on a fair mark and he's been eased 1 lb since his latest effort. He narrowly heads Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings.

Wolverhampton, 18:30 - Papa Cocktail has shaped well in defeat the last twice
Papa Cocktail produced his best effort for a couple of years when successful over this course and distance in October, storming four lengths clear after impressing with how smoothly he made his headway from the rear.
That earned Papa Cocktail a significant rise in the weights but he has remained in good form and has run well on his two subsequent starts, finishing runner-up at Wolverhampton and then third at Southwell.
Things didn't go Papa Cocktail's way on either occasion as he was drawn wide and met trouble in running at Wolverhampton, and he then fared best of those held up at Southwell, catching the eye of Timeform's reporter. He heads Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings by 2 lb and looks likely to give another good account.
