Course-and-distance winner Knights Charge was unlucky to be narrowly denied by strong-finishing Bourbon Blues at Doncaster when last seen. He's up 2lb for that second-placed effort on handicap debut, but drops in class, still unexposed with the scope for further improvement in only his fifth career start.
Trained by Roger Varian, the son of Lucky Vega has performed consistently well throughout his career so far. He finished third to King's Trail on Kempton debut in December, before winning both of his subsequent starts by a combined distance of six-and-a-half-lengths.
There could be plenty more to come from this three-year-old colt, who could return to winning ways in this mile-and-a-quarter handicap, holding solid claims.

Willie Mullins-trained mare Wonderful Everyday could be well treated from a mark of 107 in this two-and-a-half-mile contest under Daniel King, as she bids to get off the mark over hurdles at the fifth time of asking.
The bumper winner made a successful debut at Punchestown last year before spending 222 days off, returning in a Listed Huntingdon bumper last December. She couldn't make an impression that day and struggled when upped into Grade Two company at Leopardstown despite being sent off at odds of 10/34.33 under Patrick Mullins, but did bounce back to some form when chasing home Belladaball to achieve black-type at Fairyhouse.
Last month, the five-year-old mare improved on her previous outings over obstacles to finish third in respective contests at Galway and Listowel, beaten only half-a-length in her latest start on handicap debut. From a 2lb higher mark, she could be worth keeping onside and may finally land a first hurdling victory for Closutton.

In the colours of Native River for Brocade Racing in a race named after the brilliant Cheltenham Gold Cup winner, outsider of the field Neon Moon warrants each-way consideration. He's 1lb below his last winning mark, when successful at Ascot over 2m5f last autumn, and, having often shown good form at this time of year, could give a creditable account of himself on reappearance.
In his return to action last year, following a 182-day break, Neon Moon finished a respectable fifth to Henry's Friend in a tough Ascot handicap. He had been successful on reappearance the year prior, when beating Pull Again Green from a mark of 132 at Chepstow, following on from a 12-length success 12 months earlier when beating The Kniphand at Ludlow.
With a decent record fresh in recent years, Neon Moon shouldn't be discounted from a workable mark under Jack Tudor. It would be fitting to see him win this contest and he makes appeal for David Pipe, capable of outrunning his odds if ready on his return.

Making his first appearance following wind surgery, equipped with a tongue-tie and cheekpieces, Got Grey could be worth keeping the faith in from a workable mark of 104. He's only 3lb higher than his last winning hurdling mark, 6lb below his rating when narrowly denied by Givemefive at Haydock for Dan Skelton last year, and 8lb below his last winning chase mark.
Although he's yet to seriously threaten for current trainer James Moffatt, he has shown he still retains ability, far from disgraced on yard debut at Cartmel in May, and running a creditable race over fences at the same venue in his penultimate start. Improvement is required, but if he can return to the force of old, he should hold a chance at the weights under Brian Hughes. He's a likeable performer on his day and could find a resurgence following a wind operation, under an in-form rider.

Course winner Gingerbred makes his first appearance for new trainer Joe Tizzard having left Carroll Gray, for whom he placed three times last term. He wasn't able to land a major blow or threaten the eventual winners in those respective races, but he did perform with credit and showed a good attitude to stay on well in the closing stages, including when outrunning odds of 22/123.00 at Taunton.
Currently 10lb lower than when placing in a staying chase last winter and when recording his sole success over fences a couple of years ago, Gingerbred could put in another good account of himself and is one to note at the weights.

Sporting first-time blinkers along with his usual tongue-tie, three-year-old gelding Art Lover could pose a threat for William Haggas and Cieren Fallon in this competitive 6f sprint. He wasn't able to make much of an impression in first-time cheekpieces at Haydock when last seen, but had previously been running consistently well in handicap company, recording for figures of 242 in his previous starts of the year.
On a workable mark of 84, Art Lover could be capable of making the frame if on a going day and, yet to be fully exposed, there could be some further improvement to come from him. He finished a length second over course-and-distance last month, performing well, and could go one better back at Kempton as he bids for a second career success.
