1. Brave Nation (Michael Bell/ James Doyle)
57,000 gns Sioux Nation colt who made all in good style in a five-furlong Doncaster maiden on debut in April. Much better than the result when fourth in a messy Norfolk and he is open to improvement.
2. Harry Time (Michael O'Callaghan, Ireland/ Leigh Roche)
Bred to be precocious and looked a good prospect as he justified strong support in Navan maiden on debut in May. Mid-field in the Coventry, not quite seeing out the six furlongs at that stage of his career.
3. King's Crown (Adrian Nicholls/ Barry McHugh)
Put experience to good use when off the mark at the fourth attempt in a six-furlong Thirsk maiden in May. Fared about as well as could be expected in the Coventry.
4. Little Big Bear (Aidan O'Brien, Ireland/ Ryan Moore)
Runner-up effort at the Curragh on debut worked out very well and two from two since, landing a maiden at Naas and the Windsor Castle having been backed off the boards. Well worth his place at Group level back over six furlongs.
5. Mysterious Night (Charlie Appleby/ William Buick)
Bred to be smart and having finished a nose-second on debut at Newbury, he landed the odds without too much difficulty at the same track in a six-and-a-half-furlong novice event a month ago. Can leave bare form of that behind.
6. Persian Force (Richard Hannon/ Rossa Ryan)
Totally outclassed 11 rivals in the Brocklesby and improved in form terms when following up in a three-runner novice under a penalty at Newbury. Strong at the finish when runner-up in the Coventry and he's a key form player.
7. Show Respect (Brian Meehan/ Sean Levey)
Showcasing colt who left debut run well behind when scoring in maiden company at Leicester, impressing with his strength at the finish. Made little impression after meeting trouble in the Coventry.
8. Waiting All Night (Richard Spencer/ Hollie Doyle)
Made a successful debut in a maiden at Wolverhampton, becoming the first winner for the sire. Well held in the National Stakes but seemed to excel himself tackling six furlongs when an excellent fifth in the Coventry.

Timeform Analyst's Verdict:
The Windsor Castle and Coventry formlines are represented here with Little Big Bear, the winner of the former, taking on Persian Force, runner-up in the latter. There's precious little between them on Timeform ratings, but Aidan O'Brien's charge arguably possesses the greater scope for progress, particularly back at 6f. Of the rest, Brave Nation will hopefully show what he is truly capable of this time.
