I am going to side with Fortuity in this interesting allowance race on the turf.

This well related colt finished fifth in a Maiden Special Weight at Churchill Downs in June. He made a six-wide move on the home turn but failed to deliver a challenge behind the easy winner. This was a competitive race and did not disgrace himself against some progressive horses. Interestingly trainer Mike Stidham jumps him up to allowance company rather than running in a maiden. His work tab is solid, and the blinkers come off for his local debut. I recommend backing him at BSP.

Chit Chat Girl should go close in this $6,250 non-winner of three races on the main track.

This filly was a no show against better at Gulfstream Park last month. She missed the break and could only run past beaten horses in the closing stages. In truth she was a little disappointing, but has some decent form in the book from earlier in the year. She makes her debut for high percentage trainer Anthony Pecoraro who boasts a 30% strike rate at Delaware Park. She has one solid work over the oval and the gifted apprentice Alexander Crispin has the riding assignment. She should be a decent price so recommend backing her at BSP.
