Mystery Show finished an encouraging third to the now-smart Indigo Girl on debut at Yarmouth in August and didn't need to improve on that effort when opening her account at Wolverhampton the following month. She beat a subsequent winner on that occasion and was upped to listed level at Newmarket on her next start. Admittedly, she was below form, but she may have been unsuited by heavy ground, and an opening mark of 82 doesn't look excessive. Mystery Show goes in first-time cheekpieces and should be suited by this longer trip.
This looks a very interesting minor event chock-full of potential improvers, but it is the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Beating All who tops the list. He cost $370,000 as a yearling, and made a winning debut in good style at Kempton in December, easy to back but well in command inside the final furlong. He was better positioned than the second and third home that day, but both have won since - the runner-up won a good-looking race at Newbury on Sunday - and Beating All should be open to plenty of improvement now, especially over this longer trip.
Twice As Likely - 16:15 Windsor
Twice As Likely arrives in top form having won her last two starts at Wolverhampton, the latest from 2 lb out of the handicap with a bit to spare. A subsequent 5 lb rise leaves her well handicapped based on the pick of her form from last year, while she is equally effective on turf. Most of her rivals arrive out of form and she looks a solid choice here.
