Socialist Agenda won all three of his starts in bumpers and he developed into a fairly useful hurdler a couple of seasons ago.
He started at big prices in three starts in minor events on the Flat this summer, but he was strong in the market upped to this trip on his handicap debut at Wolverhampton last time.
Socialist Agenda wasn't seen to best effect on that occasion, given too much to do in a race where it paid to race prominently. He is well worth another chance to prove himself well handicapped.
Chelmsford Next Best - 17:55 - Back Wonderwall
Wonderwall is a winner in bumpers and over hurdles and is threatening to come good on the Flat having finished runner-up both starts in this sphere recently.
He has some useful form over hurdles and has run to a similar level on the Flat, rallying to take second place in heavy ground at Doncaster last time. This doesn't look an overly strong event and provided none of the newcomers are above average, Wonderwall may take some stopping.
