Horse Racing ACCA Tips: Back Andy Robson's Sunday multiple at 6/1

Leg #1 - 14:13, Nottingham: Reem Rak to Finish Top 3 @ 8/111.73

Reem Rak holds obvious appeal on handicap debut for trainer Roger Varian, who arrives in good form. The Zarak filly has improved with each novice start, most notably when third behind a smart type at Newcastle last December. She may prove to be on a lenient mark off 70, having run directly behind a subsequent winner last time. As she is racing after a break, I would think a place position is the wisest strategy.

Leg #2 - 16:25, Nottingham: Nad Alshiba Green to Finish Top 2 @ 4/91.44

Nad Alshiba Green almost defied a slow start on the all-weather when running on strongly for second at Wolverhampton. She is a course and distance winner, who has considerable scope for improvement as a four-year-old, especially with her excellent form on a quick surface. I'm leaning towards her to find a place position at short odds, mainly due to her occasional slow start. 

Leg #3 - 16:55, Nottingham: See The Fire to Win @ 2/51.40

It certainly doesn't take a genius to work out why See The Fire is a short-priced favourite to land this Listed prize. The daughter of Sea The Stars is a Group Three winner, who reached the frame in Group One company at the end of her four-year-old campaign. She adores fast ground and is rated at least a stone higher than all her rivals here. This looks like the ideal starting point to making a winning seasonal debut.

Leg #4 - 18:15, Muselburgh: Alther Walden to Win @ 1/12.00

If Alther Walden replicates his easy handicap debut success at Newcastle, over an extended 1m4f trip, last month, then I feel he will be hard to pass. The George Scott-trained runner was racing after wind surgery that day - winning with plenty in hand - and as a thoroughly unexposed type, ought to have more to give, especially over this longer distance.
