One Betfair punter enjoyed a fabulous star to the week when winning over £11k thanks to a stunning £1 each-way accumulator on Tuesday's National Hunt card at Southwell.

It took just two hours for this skillful - or perhaps lucky - punter to watch four selections win at odds (taken at the time of placing the bet) of 13/27.50, 8/19.00, 9/110.00 and 18/119.00, which resulted in a payout of £11,686 from a £2 stake (£1 each-way four-fold).

Scotts Legacy got the ball rolling in the Maiden NH Flat Race at 15:00 when clinging on to win by a neck, giving our punter the perfect start to the afternoon.

Next up it was outsider Raby Mere, who was always in the front rank in the Conditional Jockeys' Handicap Hurdle at 15:30 before quickening clear after the last to win comfortably, and thus giving our punter a fantastic start to the four-leg acca.

We had to wait an hour for the third leg of the bet to run, but it didn't disappoint when our punter well and truly cracked the code with Codetalker who romped to victory in the Handicap Hurdle at 16:30, and so with just one leg of this incredible bet to go, all eyes were on the Novices' Handicap Hurdle at 17:00.

Dartmouth Rose was the selection, and the mare truly blossomed up the home straight when she quickened clear after the last to get the better of the well-backed favourite, and in doing so land our punter a 11,685/1 winning acca that undoubtedly sparked well-deserved celebrations for what was a stunning bet.
