Donny can be number one

There's a lot to like about Donny Marlow's unexposed profile and he goes with a chance in a rather good little 0-85 handicap at the track on Tuesday night.

This horse won on debut overcoming a slow beginning to pull away nicely, and he didn't run too badly in a Kempton 7f race last time.

He met some trouble in that and the race was incident packed, he goes up in grade today but is progressive.

Botti's J has a major chance

Marco Botti's Major J looks a contender in the Wolves finale on Tuesday, judged on one of his standout efforts. And there as a time when Botti used to clean up around here.

That came over course and distance in a 0-60 nursery when he briefly made a challenge before the effort petered out. However, it was an improved effort after being gelded.

Last time he was in action at Kempton over 7f but that's now two improved runs, and he can trouble Stan Moore's The Good Ting.
