Plenty of promise on point debut

Not much depth in quality for rules debut

That's Nice is overpriced at Warwick
Honky Tonk Highway showed a good level of ability in a point win and on rules debut at Sandown last season before she ended up being poorly positioned in the Aintree bumpers when finishing tenth. However, I think one of her rivals in more of a danger than the market suggests on her hurdling debut.
That's Nice made a winning debut in the Irish pointing field at Bellharbour, putting in a performance that suggests she can put up a strong challenge to Honky Tonk Highway today.
That's Nice was given a patient ride and travelled strongly at the back of the field before making some progress early on the final circuit. That continued with a good jump at four out but she lost her place a little when getting in a bit tight at two out and dropped back to sixth. She ended up being pushed very wide turning the final bend and had to be angled back in to get through the gap on the long run to the last but once through that she picked up strongly, while only being ridden hands and heels, and caught Unknown Entity on the run-in.
Given the nature of the ride and the race didn't pan out ideally for her late on, That's Nice looked much better than the bare result would suggest and the speed that she showed in the closing stages suggests that she can handle this sharper test today.
There is a slight concern that she might not be the easiest as it may be that she was being given fairly gentle encouragement because they thought she wouldn't respond well to stronger pressure but hopefully she will be fine today and she will be ready to show her best after 291 days off the track in a race lacking depth in quality. Any 2/13.00 or bigger appeals.
