Could be better suited by this test

Spring Wind is overpriced at Hexham
Spring Wind makes her stable and hurdles debut in this mares' novices' hurdle and I think she could fare better than the market suggests.
She ran to a fair level in four starts on the flat in Ireland for Barry Fitzgerald despite not appearing to be completely suited by the test she was facing.
She often had to be driven away from the stalls and took a while to gather her stride and I thought she still looked quite clueless on her third start at Galway. She had to be shaken along at various stages of the race and was outpaced going into the dip before closing again on the climb to the line to finish fifth.
On her latest start in a handicap at Listowel, she was one of the first to come under pressure but she kept plugging away under pressure to finish sixth.
The way that she raced on the flat suggests that Spring Wind might be better suited by this test today as, if she jumps well, she could find herself in a better rhythm early on given the steadier pace and the stiff finish might suit her given the manner in which she stayed on in her last two races on the flat.
There is the obvious unknown over how she will jump and it might be that today will be about new connections learning more about her but this isn't a particularly strong race and I think she could run well at a big price if taking to hurdling. Any 16/117.00 or bigger appeals.
