Bulgaria v Netherlands
Saturday 19:45
Israel didn't really cut the mustard in Gijon last night, but their 4-1 defeat to Spain is good enough for us.
The World Cup qualifier catching our eye today is in Sofia, where Netherlands will take on Bulgaria needing to win to keep the pressure on France at the top of Group A.
Danny Blind's visitors start as strong favourites, but they have conceded in each of their last four qualifiers, including a 1-1 draw in Sweden and 3-1 win in Luxembourg. Across all competitions they've managed just one clean sheet in 17 games since September 2015 and we like the odds-against price on both teams finding the back of the net this evening.
Petar Hubchev's Bulgaria have scored in 3/4 Group A games so far, including on a difficult trip to leaders France, where they went down 4-1. On home turf they've scored in five of their last six competitive games and we're ready to get behind them again today.
