Coach: Kieron Pollard
Bowler to bet: Rashid Khan wins 45%
Batter to bet: Pooran wins at 38% from eight top-bat efforts, Vince 29 (17)
Squad: Sam Curran (£350,000), Tom Curran (£260,000), Will Jacks (£250,000, James Vince (£190,000), Nicholas Pooran (£175,000), Rashid Khan (£175,000), Nathan Sowter (£130,000), Trent Boult (£100,000), Sherfane Rutherford (£100,000), Richard Gleeson (£65,000), Olly Stone (£50,000), Ollie Pope (£31,000), Ollie Sykes (£31,000), Callum Parkinson (£31,000), Jason Roy (£31,000) Wildcard Draft: Eddie Jack, Seb Morgan
Possible XI: Jacks, Vince, Pooran, Rutherford, S Curran, T Curran, Rashid, Gleeson, Boult, Stone, Sowter
Analysis: The old Invincibles franchise. But this is no rinse and repeat, as one would expect following the sale of teams and an auction. The heart of Invincibles, coach Tom Moody and skip Sam Billings, have moved on. They're jollies due to the glitz and noise surrrounding the size of the franchise. Few are likely to be impressed that Kieron Pollard is a coach. We've seen plenty of inexplicable moments udner his tutelage around the world. The most recent was an MI team, which had boasted the best economy in the MLC, failing to defend 266 in a play-off. Expect madness.
Coach: Hemang Badani
Bowler to bet: Chris Jordan at 21%. But you won't be getting close to 4/15.00
Batter to bet: There is no player with a record worth mentioning, which should cause alarm
Squad: Jofra Archer (£400,000), Jamie Smith (£300,000), Adil Rashid (£250,000), Chris Jordan (£160,000), Marcus Stoinis (£150,000), Luke Wood (£130,000), David Miller (£110,000), Tristan Stubbs (£100,000), Thomas Rew (£80,000), Ben McKinney (£45,000), Dan Worrall (£80,000), Caleb Falconer (£55,000), Michael Pepper (£31,000), Tom Abell (£31,000), Nikhil Chaudhary (£31,000) Wildcard Draft: Eddie Jack, Seb Morgan
Possible XI: Pepper, Smith, T Rew, Stoinis, Stubbs, Miller, Chaudhary, Jordan, Archer, L Wood, Adil Rashid
Analysis: This lot should be decent at the death with bat and ball. But there's little else to get excited about at the price. It's a bit of a puzzle as to why they are so highly rated. Nikhil Chaudhary is an exciting pick-up in a strong middle to lower-order. But there's a concern about the top. Betting Stoinis for MoM is a fair play.
Coach: Peter Moores
Bowler to bet: Henry's win rate of 47% will come down once he plays more than seven but maybe not by much
Batter to bet: Banton 35%
Squad: Tim David (£350,000), Tom Banton (£225,000), Ben Duckett (£200,000), Sam Billings (£180,000), Mitchell Santner (£175,000), Finn Allen (£160,000), David Payne (£130,000), Craig Overton (£120,000), Matt Henry (£75,000), Danny Briggs (£70,000), Lewis Gregory (£55,000), Dan Mousley (£40,000), Aneurin Donald (£31,000), Ben Mayes (£31,000), Brad Currie (£31,000), Louis Kimber (£31,000) Wildcard Draft: Ben Raine, Ben Sanderson
Possible XI: Allen, Duckett, Banton, David, Mousley, Billings, Gregory/C Overton, Briggs, Santner, Payne/Amir, Henry
Analysis: Henry is bargain at 75 grand. Easily the best-value caoture of the season. With Mohammad Amir available as a local player the bowling is stacked. Santner and Brigs are wily rather than destroyers. But there's nowt wrong with that. The batters complement each other well. They should be in the mix so long as the Trent Bridge surfaces are not horribly slow, nullifying a top order which likes to hit with freedom.
Coach: Andrew Flintoff
Bowler to bet: Benny Howell 23%.
Batter to bet: Brook wins at 25%
Squad: Harry Brook (£465,000), Dan Lawrence (£210,000), Mitchell Marsh (£200,000), Abrar Ahmed (£190,000), Zak Crawley (£180,000), Ryan Rickelton (£150,000), Nathan Ellis (£145,000), Brydon Carse (£140,000), Matthew Potts (£75,000), Benny Howell (£50,000), Tom Lawes (£40,000), Tom Alsop (£31,000), Liam Patterson-White (£31,000), Reece Topley (31,000), Ed Barnard (£31,000) Wildcard Draft: Matty Revis, Charlie Allison
Possible XI: Marsh, Rickleton, Crawley, Brook, Lawrence, Revis, Barnard, Howell, Carse, Ellis, Abrar
Analysis: With this line-up Sunrisers, true to their IPL Big bro, are absolutely set up to score big runs...and concede them. On a flat Leeds pitch we could see absolute carnage. Often a one-dimensional batting team makes it deep into a tournament. Maybe Leeds are that team. There is a chance that Abrar Ahmed could raze sides all on his own. As a mystery spinner he's probably the best signing of the season.
Coach: Andy Flower
Bowler to bet: Tymal Mills remains reliable as ever at 31%
Batter to bet:Liam Livingstone, in rare touch, is winning at 35%
Squad: NJames Coles (£390,000), Liam Livingstone (£350,000), Jamie Overton (£225,000), Adam Zampa (£190,000), Dewald Brevis (£185,000), Jonny Bairstow (£160,000), Tymal Mills (£130,000), David Willey (£120,000), Adam Milne (£50,000), Mason Crane (£31,000), Adam Hose (£31,000), James Rew (£31,000), Lhuan-dre Pretorius (£31,000), Matthew Fisher (£31,000) Wildcard Draft: Henry Crocombe, Kiran Carlson
Possible XI: Bairstow, Pretorius, Livingstone, Brevis, Coles, Willey, J Overton, Milne, Mills, Zampa, Crane
Analysis: Had they looked elswehere instead of Jonny Bairstow there's an argument that this is pretty close to a perfectly-balanced group. It would be terrific to see Zampa and Crane paired together. But Spirit may go with the Aussie and pick an extra batter instead. They should be competitive. Following team sales and auctions, this is not the Spirit of old. We expect a very strong run under the astute Flower.
Coach: Shane Bond
Bowler to bet: Brad Currie wins at 22% top bowler but the secret is probably out
Batter to bet: Donovan Ferreira at big prices with a 22% hit
Squad: Jacob Bethell (£340,000), Rehan Ahmed (£250,000), Donovan Ferreira (£210,000), Scott Currie (£210,000), Saqib Mahmood (£150,000), Usman Tariq (£140,000), Mitchell Owen (130,000), Mustafizur Rahman (£100,000), Joe Clarke (£85,000), Laurie Evans, (£85,000), Ethan Brookes (£70,000), Chris Wood (£70,000), Jordan Thompson (£60,000), Will Smeed (£55,000) Wildcard Draft: Tom Helm, Sean Dickson.
Possible XI: Smeed, Owen, Bethell, Clarke, Ferreira, Evans, Rehan, Thompson, Currie, Tariq, Saqib
Analysis: Theis a bowling line-up which has the hallmarks of being potent but pricey. Dangerous on helpful wickets, expensive on the rest. Mitch Owen is a good signing after a good MLC. Will Smeed keeps getting gigs despite vanishingly small returns of actual decent scores. A big swerve on the tops. There is unlikely to be (quite rightly) a massive rush to bet them at these odds.
Coach: Justin Langer
Bowler to bet: Liam Dawson is guranteed to be underrated on top bowler, winning at 31%
Batter to bet: Buttler has won four from eight in the last two seasons
Squad: Jos Buttler (£350,000), Heinrich Klaasen (£250,000), Josh Tongue (£200,000), Aiden Markram (£200,000), Noor Ahmad (£175,000), Liam Dawson (£175,000), Leus du Plooy (£120,000), Tim Seifert (£100,000), Sonny Baker (£95,000), Gus Atkinson (£70,000), Tom Moores (£50,000), Tawanda Muyeye (£50,000), Tom Hartley (£35,000), Max Holden (£31,000), George Scrimshaw (£31,000), Paul Walter (£31,000) Wildcard Draft: James Sales, Adam Finch
Possible XI: Buttler, Seifert, Markram, Klaasen, Du Plooy, Walter, T Moores, Dawson, Atkinson, Noor, Baker
Analysis: Some folk find MSG addictive. And one could be forgiven for a craving to bet them at the odds. Alongside Spirit this might be the one outfit who the layers have taken a chance on. Certainly we can make a case they are better balanced than some of the shorter-priced outfits. Combining Noor Ahmad and Liam Dawson will be key in keeping the runs down. If they do that the batting line-up is bang in the game. A perfectly acceptable gamble.
Coach: Mke Hussey
Bowler to bet: No bowler with a record to speak of, which is a red flag
Batter to bet: Jordan Cox, the former Invincible, at 37%
Squad: Phil Salt (£450,000), Jordan Cox (£300,000), Marco Jansen (£250,000), Joe Root (£240,000), Rachin Ravindra (£140,000), Chris Woakes (£110,000), Tom Kohler-Cadmore (£80,000), Lockie Ferguson (£75,000), Matthew Short (£75,000), Asa Tribe (£70,000), Sam Cook (£70,000), Ben Kellaway (£37,500), Jafer Chohan (£35,000), Tom Aspinwall (£31,000) Wildcard Draft: Jordan Clark, Dillon Pennington
Possible XI: Salt, Short, Ravindra, Root, Cox, Tribe, Jansen, Woakes, S Cook, Ferguson, Chohan
Analysis: The Fire are priced this way because of their history, which is irrelevant. But that doesn't mean this one is wrong. Few might be convinced about Root and Ravindra in T20, let alone a shorter version. They seem utterly reliant on their opening pair making fast starts. The bowling also looks short on class. More misery in Wales.
