At Betfair, we’re constantly testing and innovating, and Betfair Predicts is the latest example of that work. Launched as a BETA product, Betfair Predicts is currently being rolled out to a number of customers through our Sportsbook.

What is Betfair Predicts?

Betfair Predicts offers a new interface on the Betfair Exchange, allowing customers to trade on real-world events across sports, politics and entertainment markets using existing Exchange liquidity.

Rather than placing a bet in the traditional Exchange format, customers using Betfair Predicts make a prediction by selecting Yes or No and then entering their stake. The aim is to offer a simpler, more intuitive way for customers to engage with prediction-style markets.

Betfair Predicts is currently in BETA. This means:

• Customers are getting early access
• The product is still being developed
• Features and markets may change

Can I deposit on Betfair Predicts?

Deposits aren't available directly in Betfair Predicts BETA. To deposit, head to Sportsbook or Exchange as usual.

Why doesn't the product always work perfectly?

Betfair Predicts is currently in BETA, so it may feel a bit rough around the edges at times. We're actively testing and improving the experience, and your feedback plays a key role in that.

Who do I contact if I have issues?

If you run into any issues, please contact Betfair Support. 

Do I need a separate account to use Betfair Predicts?

No. You can use your existing Betfair account to access Betfair Predicts.

Are promotions or offers available?

Currently, promotions and Exchange rewards cannot be used on Betfair Predicts.
