This time out we've outdone ourselves with a fantastic Birdie Bonus offer.
Simply bet £5 minimum in the special Win Only market and for every birdie your selection scores in the first round you will get a £1 free bet to use on any golf market in the following seven days.
Note that you can only bet one selection in the Birdie Bonus market so pick wisely! And let's repeat the most important part - only first round birdies count!
Betfair's Birdie Bonus for US PGA Championship 2025
US Masters winner Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler are the joint favourites at 6.411/2 in the outright winner market on the Betfair Exchange. They finished 12th and tied eighth at this tournament 12 months ago and both will be popular selections.
McIlroy scored six birdies in round one, when the tournament was held at Valhalla in 2024, so would have netted you six free £1 bets. Scheffler, meanwhile, made five birdies.
Eventual winner Xander Schauffele made nine birdes in round one en route to his first Major title.
Before you strike your bets make sure you read Matt Cooper's guide to the leading 50 players in the betting.
And just remember, whoever your pick is, for every Birdie your player scores in Round 1 you will be credited with a free £1 bet, credited to your account after the round concludes.
These free bets can be used on any golf market for seven days thereafter.
Should your player get off to a flyer, you will no doubt be doubly-happy. If he starts slowly, beset by nerves, there will still be plenty of interest in his back nine. In that respect, it's a win-win.
Stay with Betfair across the four days of the US PGA Championship 2025 and get free bets into the bargain.
