Kevin Blake is a freelance racing journalist and broadcaster. He has been involved in racing all his working life, being employed as an Irish racing analyst with The Sportsman, as Timeform’s Irish representative and as pupil assistant trainer/racing manager to British-based trainer Jeremy Gask.
He now works with ITV Racing, Sky Sports Racing and At The Races, as well as writing his regular Betting.Betfair column. He won the HWPA Specialist Writer of the Year Award in 2019. He is also a breeder of horses, with his best-known graduate being Ventura Tormenta.
