Ryan Moore: Westerton has a very solid form chance among my five at Sandown

• Coast is handicapped to go well in opener

• Fair mark for Dimension who goes well fresh

13:40 - Connemara Coast

I rode him on his debut at Ascot and he has progressed pretty well since. His best effort is clearly a second over 1m at Newmarket in April but he was not so effective over 1m2f at that track last time, albeit he could have got a smoother passage by the looks of it, getting stopped in his run 1f out. He is handicapped to go well on that April run, and stepping down to 1m1f may be a positive.

14:15 - New Dimension

A winner for me on his debut in 2021, he has raced sparingly since and we haven't seen him since a fourth over 1m2f at Yarmouth last summer. But he returns on a fair mark, I think this mile is more his trip and he has clearly gone well when fresh in the past.

15:25 - Harry Magnus

He wasn't at his best stepped down to 6f at Doncaster last time, though he didn't run badly, but he certainly has his chance here if returning to the form of his Newmarket win in April. That was a strong handicap, with the second and third winning subsequently, and he is only 4lb higher here.

16:00 - Westerton

He looks to have a very solid form chance in this 1m2f maiden. A reproduction of any of his last three runs should result in him going close here, though those performances did come on soft ground.

16:35 - Ludmilla

She is another horse who I partnered on debut, when she was a promising third at Newmarket. She has progressed with each run this season and she was a good third off this mark over 7f at Newbury last time. The step back up to 1m should suit this Kingman filly and hopefully she can be competitive once again.
