The Group 1 Sun Chariot Stakes tops Newmarket's Saturday card and that looks very much Blue Bolt's race to lose as she sets a high standard up against six rivals.
A talented filly who is unbeaten this season, she looks sure to take the world of beating but isn't really a betting proposition for me and I'm instead concentrating on this good-quality 1m 4f handicap.
Top weight Evanesco heads the betting on the back of his win at Hamilton two starts back and his good fifth-place finish in a competitive handicap at Leopardstown last time, but I prefer the claims of Ernst Blofeld under talented 5lb claimer Harry Vigors.
Hamad Al Jehani's charge was a winner on the all-weather at Kempton back in the spring and ran a fine race to finish second to Valedictory in the Mallard at Doncaster last time over 1m 6f.
He'll have no issue with this drop back in trip and rates a decent bet at 7/24.50.

Redcar stages its feature race of the season on Saturday, the £150k Two Year Old Trophy, and there are a couple that set a good standard on form, namely Revels and Satellite of Love.
The former was a winner of a Goodwood nursery before seemingly taking his form up a notch when fourth in the Group 2 Mill reef Stakes at Newbury last time. However, whether he's quite as good as that makes him seem is open to debate and he's not for me at 2/13.00.
Similarly, Satellite of Love showed improved form when second in a valuable sales race at Doncaster last time, though he is another that hasn't been missed in the betting.
My preference is for the unbeaten Thames Waterman, who has looked a fine prospect on both his starts to date and won a Wolverhampton novice with plenty in hand last time.
He'd been gelded prior to that start, having also won on his debut at the same course back in the spring, and there's nothing in his pedigree that suggests he shouldn't be equally effective on turf.
Thames Waterman looks the value play at 6/17.00 on the Betfair Sportsbook.

A competitive field of 18 head to post for this heritage handicap and, as impressive as Thunder Call was over this course and distance last time, I'm not absolutely convinced he should be as short as 9/43.25.
The William Haggas-trained three-year-old has been very much on the up this season and does have experience of big fields having won a 22-runner affair at York in June, but his new mark of 102 doesn't leave him much wiggle room (won off 93 last time).
A better value selection may well be Moonfall, who is another that is seasoned in this sort of race having won the 30-runner Britannia over this course at the Royal meeting, while he looked unlucky not to go even closer when second at Doncaster last time.
George Boughey's gelding was beaten less than a length there and shouldn't have any problem dropping back a furlong in trip here given he was a winner over 6.5f last season.
With five places available on the Sportsbook, an each-way play at 11/26.50 looks the way to go.
