Newmarket, 13:22 - Back Bymiddaytomorrow @ 6/17.00

Ed Walker-trained filly Bymiddaytomorrow has two wins to her name from seven starts this season, including success on handicap debut at Thirsk when rated 4lb lower. She finished a creditable third to Speed Of Sound in an 11-runner handicap at Doncaster when last seen, doing well to make the frame on that occasion, and could be capable of making her presence felt in this field under Clifford Lee.

The Mehmas filly has shown good form on occasion and may be worth keeping onside as she bids for her third win of the year. She has shaped with promise during her debut campaign this term and remains potentially well-treated from an unchanged mark of 82.

Newmarket, 13:55 - Back Haffner @ 4/15.00

In the Group Two Royal Lodge Stakes, Haffner could be worth keeping the faith in for Aidan O'Brien following a disappointing showing at the Curragh. Although there were no obvious excuses to be made for his latest performance, it was his first below par effort of the season, however, and he can be forgiven for disappointing in his first Group One appearance.

The son of Justify must bounce back if he is to have a say in this field, but his previous form is worthy of note and he already has gained some valuable experience in Group races, including when winning the Acomb Stakes by two-lengths at York's Ebor Festival last month.

Following a maiden win in the July Course contest previously won by the likes of Field Of Gold and Distant Storm, Haffner was only beaten half-a-length by Dr Rascal in the Group Two Vintage Stakes at Goodwood, finishing just ahead of Al Hudaiba, who has since landed Grade One glory in Woodbine. He beat a couple of subsequent winners on the Knavesmire including Solario Stakes victor Alfred Wallace, and, with depth to some of his form, he could be competitive if back to his best.

Bet of the day: Cheveley Park Stakes, Newmarket, 14:27 - Back Senorita Bonita @ 7/42.75

In what could be one of the races of the season so far, six fillies are set to contest the Group One Cheveley Park Stakes and follow in the footsteps of recent winners True Love, Lake Victoria and Porta Fortuna by landing the prize. 

There's plenty to like about all contenders in the field, with snippets of good form shown by each runner including outsider Snowing, a 950,000gns purchase who achieved black-type when placing at the Irish Champions Festival recently.

The other five have only been beaten only once in their careers to date, and there's little to split the trio of Senorita Bonita, Libertango and Alwaysanangel if taking the form literally from their meeting in the Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes at the July Festival.

Sun Goddess is a dual Group One winner and was spectacular at the Curragh earlier this month when putting six-and-a-half-lengths between herself and her rivals. Whilst the Aidan O'Brien-trained favourite is difficult to oppose, Simon and Ed Crisford's representative Senorita Bonita could prove best of all in this select field of talented fillies, and she gets the nod under Oisin Murphy.

The daughter of Starspangledbanner was purchased for 900,000gns as a breeze up during the spring and has recorded three wins this season culminating in a magnificent Group One success over the boys at Deauville. Her turn of foot was electric on that occasion as she flashed great speed to put the race to bed in a matter of seconds, eventually prevailing by four-lengths over the pace-making outsider Carry The Flag in a field which also featured Orthodox.

Her only defeat came when beaten by fast-finishing Victorious at Royal Ascot in the Queen Mary Stakes, but she has seemingly improved since and is more experienced now.

One of a few fillies who could turn out to be quite special in this top level juvenile contest, Senorita Bonita makes the most appeal following her French success and could prove the fastest of the field at the line.

Middle Park Stakes, Newmarket, 15:00 - Back Push The Boat Out @ 3/14.00

Michael O'Callaghan-trained Push The Boat Out makes his first start in the Ace Stud colours under Shane Foley, bidding to retain his unbeaten record following two wins this season to date.

He beat Marco Polo by a length-and-a-quarter on Curragh debut last month, before doubling up 20 days later in Group Three company, narrowly denying Coventry Stakes winner Great Barrier Reef in a race which also featured Velozee, a previous third to Sun Goddess at Group One level, Livenka, a maiden winner over Star Of State who was only just beaten at Listed level recently, and Listed-winning Where Love Lives.

The Kodi Bear colt is entitled to keep on progressing in on his third start to date. He has shaped with great promise, showing he possesses plenty of talent, and could be ready for a challenge of this magnitude.

Haydock, 15:15 - Back Rousing Encore E/W @ 13/27.50

Likeable gelding Rousing Encore put in a creditable effort when second in the Ayr Bronze Cup last weekend, finishing strongly. He's 3lb higher rated but remains well-treated at the best of his form and could put in another competitive performance for Ruth Carr and James Sullivan here. The six-year-old gelding is bidding for a seventh career win and should be capable of making his presence felt in this field, holding solid claims if on a going day.

Haydock, 15:15 - Back Art Lover E/W @ 7/18.00

Art Lover is another contender to consider in the field. He's still largely unexposed for William Haggas making only his tenth career start. With form figures of 2423 so far this year, he has been performing consistently well and the addition of first-time cheekpieces along with a tongue-tie could spark enough improvement to allow him to return to the winners' enclosure.

His maiden success came at Ffos Las last year when beating Gouken by two-and-a-quarter-lengths to win at odds of 9/43.25. He couldn't make an impression in his first couple of starts in the handicap sphere but has shown improvement since being gelded and could have further progression to come.

Newmarket, 15:40 - Back Hand Of God E/W @ 9/110.00

Harry Charlton-trained gelding Hand Of God has winning course form and performed well in his latest handicap start when narrowly denied by subsequent winner Raammee, now rated 110, in the John Smith's Cup at York.

He wasn't able to make an impression in a Group three at Deauville when last seen, but should fare better back in the handicap sphere and could have further improvement to come, still quite lightly-raced and possessing class.

The good-looking chestnut son of Churchill has four wins to his name including a victory in the Golden Gates Stakes at Royal Ascot. Things haven't been completely straightforward for him since then, but he has returned in good order this term, winning at Newbury earlier in the campaign, and could pose a threat in this competitive contest.

Curragh, 15:45 - Back Headmaster E/W @ 5/16.00

Course winner Headmaster is only 1lb higher than when landing a hugely competitive 22-runner 6f handicap here during the spring and is rated 4lb lower than when chasing home Gleneagle Bay in his subsequent start in a 15-runner Cork contest.

Well-treated at his best, with his latest runs worth forgiving, this could be his time to strike one again and he makes appeal for trainer Edward Lynam under 7lb claiming Reese Holohan.

Listowel, 15:55 - Back Watch The Weather E/W @ 12/113.00

Experienced 10-year-old Watch The Weather has finished third in all of his previous three outings over fences recently, including when staying on well to place behind Soldante at Kilbeggan earlier this month. He's rated 1lb lower in this sphere, without the 7lb claim of Paddy Cody this time with Danny Giligan back aboard, and should be able to put in another creditable effort back over hurdles.

During the spring, he showed form over hurdles when second to Burru at Killarney and has shown versatility during his career, able to be effective over both timber and fences. Whilst it's been over three years since his latest win over hurdles, when successful at Tipperary under Rachael Blackmore, he has run well enough on occasion since to suggest he can hold his own in a race of this nature and warrants each-way consideration.

Newmarket, 16:50 - Back Addison Grey @ 7/24.50

Likeable grey Addison Grey remains unexposed over this 7f trip and there could be more to come from him only 4lb higher than his Newbury win last month. He impressed to get off the mark for the season in an eight-runner handicap in his penultimate start, beating Havana Pusey by a length-and-a-half when finishing strongly.

The Clive Cox-trained contender wasn't in quite the same form at Ascot when last seen in fourth behind Thunder Call, but the winner was dominant on that occasion and the four-year-old gelding raced away from the eventual first three in the closing stages.

Earlier in the season, the son of Havana Grey chased home subsequent Wokingham Stakes winner Double Rush over 6f at this track, staying on well into second. He has previous course experience and the extra furlong should allow him to fare even better.

Listowel, 17:05 - Back Pray Tell E/W @ 30/131.00

Ten-year-old gelding Pray Tell is making only his fifth start over fences under Rules, having made four point-to-point appearances too, winning once. He has shaped with promise as a chaser, finishing a somewhat fortunate second to Argento Boy at Punchestown on New Year's Eve, before achieving a creditable fourth-placed finish to Littlefoot at Kilbeggan in May, when equipped with first-time cheekpieces which are back on here.

Pulled up in his most recent start at Killarney, this is a different assignment over fences and he could fare better this time around from a mark of 125 with James Smith claiming 5lb aboard for owner-trainer Desmond Kenneally.
