Naas, 18:00 - Back Flaming Rib E/W @ 7/18.00

From a mark of 75, Flaming Rib is an interesting contender under Adam Caffrey for Ado McGuinness. He has dropped to a low mark having once been as rated as highly 113 when featuring in Group One company, and emerged with credit at Down Royal from a 3lb higher mark when last seen.

The seven-year-old also performed well last year when a length-and-a-quarter fourth to Little Empire in fourth at Dundalk. He makes appeal at the weights having shown he still retains ability, and this could be a feasible opportunity for him to return to the winners' enclosure by recording an eighth win.

Naas, 19:00 - Back Likedbymike E/W @ 14/115.00

Four-year-old filly Likedbymike was able to outrun her odds in Listed company when a 28/129.00 second to subsequent Royal Ascot Group One winner Mission Central at Naas earlier in the season, beaten only three-quarters-of-a-length by the eventual winner that day.

That was an excellent performance and she was able to place again in that company when beaten half-a-length by Kendall Roy last month at Cork.

Having shown she's capable of making the frame and going close at this level previously, the daughter of Inns Of Court warrants each-way consideration at a price of 14/115.00. She has enough ability to make the frame on a going day under Declan McDonogh, and could be worth keeping onside.

Naas, 19:00 - Back Oh Cecelia E/W @ 20/121.00

Oh Cecelia is another contender to consider in the 6f Listed contest at Naas. She has shown plenty of improvement this season, rising from a mark of 72 to as high as 101 with a brace of successes as well as a narrow defeat at odds of 50/151.00 in Group Three company to Havana Anna.

Whilst she hasn't been quite as effective in her latest couple of starts, she has shown a high level of ability this term and could outrun her odds in this contest. There could be further improvement to come from the daughter of Starspangledbanner, and she's one to note each-way.

Lingfield, 20:10 - Back Stormy Music @ 4/15.00

Handicap debutante Stormy Music makes her fourth start in this contest having caught the eye in defeat in novice company this year.

Although she's failed to make the frame in three starts to date, there should be further improvement to come from her and she could find better luck down the handicap route.

Trained by the in-form Andrew Balding, under in-form rider Oisin Murphy, the Night Of Thunder filly is an intriguing runner in this field and could prove better than an opening mark of 68.

She's out of Group Three-winning mare Foxtrot Lady, a half-sister to another Group Three winner in Dancing Star, and, with plenty of black-type in the pedigree, could go on to perform at a higher level in future.
