Lingfield, 14:21 - Back King Of Speed E/W @ 16/117.00

Seven-year-old gelding King Of Speed put in an improved performance at Wolverhampton when last seen, shaping better than at Doncaster in his previous run, but remains capable of better and could have more to give.

Trained by Mark Loughnane, the seven-year-old gelding is now 2lb lower than his last winning mark when successful in December and has 7lb claiming Jack Loughnane in the saddle. He holds solid each-way claims at the weights, on a workable mark as he seeks a seventh victory, and shouldn't be discounted.

Lingfield, 14:51 - Back Twilight Jet @ 17/29.50

Things didn't pan out favourably at all for Twilight Jet over 5f here when last seen in January. He was slow at the start and struggled to keep touch with the main pack in a run worth putting a line through.

The step back up to 6f should suit and he's dropped considerably at the weights now on a mark of 79, having been rated as high as 114 earlier in his career. Whilst he's no longer at the level he once was, he has shown he still retains ability and put in an eyecatching performance at Kempton over the winter when third at odds of 28/129.00 under Sean Levey, who is back in the saddle here.

Now 8lb lower than that placed effort, 14lb lower than when second in a competitive Epsom handicap at the Derby Festival last summer, the experienced seven-year-old could finally return to the winners' enclosure and record a first success for trainers Jim and Suzi Best.

Redcar, 16:50 - Back Dawn Of Liberation E/W @ 18/119.00

Only 2lb higher than his last winning mark, experienced seven-year-old Dawn Of Liberation could improve plenty for his reappearance at Wolverhampton last month and take a step forward in his second outing of the season, dropping in class in this mile-and-a-quarter contest.

Seeking a sixth career win from a workable mark, the Ruth Carr-trained gelding is effective over this trip in quicker conditions and all of his wins to date have come on the Turf. He has been dropped 2lb for his latest run, which was worth forgiving, and was able to run well from a higher mark last season including when a close third at Ayr when rated 80.

One to note in the penultimate race at Redcar, Dawn Of Liberation is an interesting contender who could put in a bold bid under James Sullivan.

Lingfield, 16:55 - Back Balon d'Or E/W @ 12/113.00

Top weight Balon d'Or is dropping to this level for the first time in his career on a low mark of 65 under 7lb claimer James Glennon. He's now back on his last winning mark which should allow him to be more competitive than in recent runs for Simon Dow, capable of faring better in calmer waters.

The likeable five-year-old could be worth keeping the faith in considering he was able to compete against tough opposition last term. He makes appeal at the weights and may add to his three career successes to date in this 5f sprint.

Tramore, 19:12 - Back Lake Chad E/W @ 6/17.00

With plenty of experience around Tramore in his favour, including three wins, 11-year-old veteran Lake Chad is one to note for Philip Fenton and 5lb claiming Niall Moore.

He placed at odds of 16/117.00 in his penultimate start at Thurles and is now 3lb higher than on that occasion, bidding for a sixth career win.

On a workable mark with proven form over course-and-distance, the likeable grey could be capable of a bold showing in his 68th career start and holds each-way claims with blinkers reapplied.
