There are a host of possibilities on Thursday and Carl Harris really could do with a couple of winners ahead of the weekend. Can he deliver?

What a disaster yesterday was, not just for tips but in general the results were a layers benefit. We go in search of more winners and will stick to the jumps, despite a decent looking card at Newbury.

Jumping comes from Worcester and Wincanton and once again Kempton is running up a big electricity bill with a floodlit evening card.
Let's see what we can do with two bets, at Wincanton and Worcester.

As I know to my cost, having laid him, The Snail (3.00) was anything but when running out the widest margin winner of the day yesterday. He is clearly so way ahead of the handicapper and Evan Williams is clearly well aware of that, wasting no time at all in running again as well as having his charge entered at Ffos Las on Sunday and Huntingdon on Tuesday. A reproduction on the Exeter performance will certainly be good enough here for a very quick-fire double.

Good Harvest (4.45) represents very good value at the early prices given that this is only his second run for Jonjo O'Neil today. He ran with credit but should go much better over this longer trip. Tony McCoy takes the ride having ridden him only once before, in Ireland, resulting in the gelding's one and only career win. There is value to be had and looking at the prices this is one to back in the win and place markets.
