After the flat season and the Breeders' Cup our next few months will be occupied by jumps and all-weather racing. It has been a truly excellent flat season with one horse taking all the headlines, this was the year of Sea The Stars, a horse we will talk about for decades to come.

Now we start the build-up to the Cheltenham Festival, which is always well worth waiting for. I think we will see a Cheltenham runner at Ffos Las today.

Get Me Out Of Here (13:10) was due to run at Stratford last week, but was pulled out, much to my disappointment, however now he is out again I can recycle my copy which is just as accurate today, assuming he actually turns up this time. Get Me Out Of Here was a very easy winner on his hurdles debut four weeks ago. He has a great engine and looks an excellent prospect.

Having won last time by eight lengths, I rate this horse as seriously good and as such he is worth a sizeable wager, if the price is right. Get Me Out Of Here has AP McCoy in the saddle riding for Jonjo O'Neil and is my bet of the day.

For my value bet today I suggest a win and place bet on Lough Rynn (13:30) who returns to action at Hereford after over a year on the side-lines. If he is fit and ready to rock and roll then may give us a run for our money. This is not a great race and I am prepared to give Lough Rynn a chance.
