I was born in 1986 in Leicester, where I had an incredibly unproductive 18 years before going to Birmingham University in 2004 where I studied English Language. During my time at university , I started working part-time for William Hill.
I slipped into betting then, and no-one's provided me with a ladder since. The course wasn't for me, and I started working for Hills permanently. I moved to Betfred earlier this year, where I now the manage the Merry Hill Shopping Centre shop.
I live in Walsall with my girlfriend Louise, who occasionally restrains me from logging onto Betfair. When I do eventually get on, I generally bet on horses, greyhounds and golf.
I used to own a greyhound, Charlie's Doll, who ran at Perry Barr up until a few months ago. Unfortunately, she had to be put down. If only the loudmouths who celebrate a dog falling owned one theirselves.
I blog what I believe, as uneducated and unproven as it may be. Playing the devil's advocate is fine, but life's too short to not have an opinion.
