Objective

Try to guess whether the next number generated will be higher or lower than the previous number.

How to Play

Select a bet amount by using the Increase and Decrease arrows to adjust the default amount displayed.

Click on Play.

The system generates a number. No bet is made on this number. If 1 or 49 is generated, it is replaced.

Select Higher or Lower, betting that the next number will be higher
or lower than the first number generated.

The system then generates a number. The same number will never appear twice in a row. If 1 or 49 appears, it is valid for determining if you won or lost the bet, but then a new number will be generated for the next bet.

If you correctly predicted whether the second number was higher or lower, the winnings are added to your balance. The amount you won becomes the amount of your current bet. You can end the game now and keep what you have won so far or place the new amount on the next number being higher or lower than the second number. If you win again, the difference between the amount you bet and the amount you won is added to your balance. This continues until you end the game by clicking on Collect or you lose a bet.

The amount you can win becomes progressively higher if you keep winning, but you can only lose the amount of your original bet. For example, if you have an original balance of 100.00 and you make a 5.00 bet, your balance will go down to 95.00 (the 5.00 is outstanding). If you made a bet that paid out 7.50 and you won, then your balance would go up to 102.50 (95.00 + 7.50). Now you are betting 7.50, but this amount is not coming out of your account like your original bet did. If you made a bet that paid out 8.00, then your balance will now just go up by .50, the difference between the amount you bet (7.50) and the amount you won (8.00). If you click on Collect now, you keep the entire 103.00. If you bet again and lose, your balance will go down to 95.00. In this way you can win a lot of money if you continue a winning streak, but you never lose more than the original amount of your bet.

Payouts

For each bet, the payout is calculated according to the actual likelihood of the next number being higher or lower than the previous number. The amount of the payout for each bet is displayed.

Game Options:

Click on Turbo Play to have the balls displayed quicker, with less animation.

Go to Main Menu - Options to bring up the following list:

Graphic Quality: You can change this to Low if you are experiencing slowdowns in play because of your computer's processing abilities. Note: Slowdowns in play can also be the result of Internet-related issues such as peak usage periods.

Sound FX: This turns the game sounds (such as the cards snapping into place and beeps when you click on the buttons) on and off.

Load Ambient Sound: This will turn on the sounds of a normal casino, such as people talking in the background. (These sounds are very quiet compared to the other sounds.)
