And having been largely unfancied to be the first female to be eliminated she is now 3/1 to be the first female contestant to leave behind Amber Beckford 15/8, Afia Tonkmor 5/2 and Indiyah Polack 11/4.
Gemma and Davide a big price to win
Gemma and Davide Sanclimenti coupled up at the end of Tuesday's episode, and the layers weren't impressed, making the pair 16/1 to be the Winning Couple.
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said: "Gemma Owen's odds to win Love Island have drifted to 11/2 from 5/2 since the show started as she continues to get a frosty reception from fans on social media.
"Davide Sanclimenti coupled up with Gemma towards the end of Night 2 and they are 16/1 to be the winning couple.
"Davide's decision to pick Gemma left Liam Llewellyn single, with the latter now the 15/8 favourite to be the first male eliminated.
"Gemma is 3/1 to be the first female to go, while Amber Beckford is the frontrunner to leave at 15/8. Looking at who could win, Tasha Ghouri is 2/1 to be the female winner as Luca Bish has the same odds for the male contestants."
