Doncaster, 13:40 - 'Horse In Focus' No Gain caught the eye on stable debut
No Gain made a promising start for Adam Kirby when fourth in a six-furlong handicap at Wolverhampton last month and could still have more to offer for her new yard and over sprint trips.
No Gain, who was having her first crack at sprinting, raced keenly off the pace in the early stages but made significant headway out wide to press the leaders on the home turn. She was unable to sustain such a big effort, however, and had no more to give in the straight, ultimately losing third place close home.
The way she went through that race suggests she's on a good mark, and she was awarded the Horse In Focus Flag by Timeform's reporter to mark her out as one likely to be of firm interest next time. She narrowly heads Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings here, remains unexposed as a sprinter and is interesting dropping a further furlong to the minimum distance.

Sandown, 13:50 - Big improver Organise can complete hat-trick
There are a few potential improvers in the Esher Cup but the one who can take the biggest step forward is Organise, the only runner in the line-up with the Timeform 'large P' to show that he's capable of much better form.
Organise cost 360,000 guineas as a yearling and made an impressive start to his career at Southwell in November, quickening seven lengths clear despite showing signs of inexperience. He still looked a work in progress on his return at Yarmouth a couple of weeks ago, taking a bit of time to hit top gear, but he was nicely on top at the line and should be sharper for the run.
He has created an excellent impression and it would be little surprise were he to prove better than a handicapper, so he can take this on the way to making an impact at a higher level.

Chepstow, 19:07 - Top-rated The Kemble Brewery has strong claims
The Kemble Brewery fell on his chasing debut here in November but ran well on his return to hurdling over this course and distance a couple of weeks ago.
He found a progressive, lightly-raced rival too strong on that occasion but he pulled nine and a half lengths clear of the remainder, improving on the form he had shown during his novice campaign and looking ahead of the handicapper.
The Kemble Brewery has been given a 2 lb higher mark but that underestimates the form he showed last time and he heads Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings by 4 lb. He also has the Horses For Courses Flag to highlight his effectiveness at Chepstow.
