Renoir's Lady (12:30) took a fair while to get off the mark, but there's every chance that now she has done so she will add to her tally, with this event providing a decent opportunity to follow-up a Wolverhampton success last time out. Seeming to appreciate the return to polytrack when beating a pair of subsequent winners over this 7-furlong trip that day, she can overcome a 3 lb rise in the weights and further advertise the form of that event.

Restless Bay's (13:30) last victory came for Reg Hollinshead in July and he is yet to win away from Wolverhampton, but his five consecutive in-frame efforts in handicaps for his new yard since then suggest he remains in decent nick and can take advantage of the drop into claiming class here. His hold-up running style means he will need luck in-running, but if things drop right he can take advantage of these favourable terms to prove he's not just a one-track specialist.

Seeking Magic (15:00) returned to polytrack after a short break with a good effort last month, doing too much too soon when nabbed late on at Kempton. That was over six furlongs, as have been all his runs this year, yet he has often shaped as if this minimum trip will prove his optimum distance and while he has burned favourite-backers' fingers on more than one occasion during a winless 2012 thus far, he's well worth one more chance here.
