Danners faces an easier task than at Leicester and, having gone close over C&D the time before, appeals as the most likely winner. Buachaill Alainn has a tongue strap fitted for the first time and the promising Sean Bowen is good value for his claim, while Waldorf Salad should find this galloping track more suitable.

Favorite Girl - 17:10 Ludlow

Favorite Girl is having a good campaign and may defy a further 8 lb rise to score again. Faerie Reel quickly overcame her Taunton blip when scoring at Newcastle and is respected with McCoy back in the plate, while One Lucky Lady faced a stiff task at Ascot last time and could go well from a much-reduced mark.
