Gallic Warrior - 13:10 Ludlow

On his return from 19 months off last time, Gallic Warrior shaped quite well over this C&D on his chasing debut, fading late on. If he can build on that as expected he can make his second chase start a winning one. Chasing debutants Benability and The Bugler both come here off the back of a good effort over hurdles and the former in particular should make a chaser.

Dusky Legend - 13:40 Ludlow

Dusky Legend has been occasionally highly-tried, occasionally unlucky up to now, hence her failing to win since her debut. Now in handicaps off a reasonable mark, she can start to redress the balance here. Allez Encore is another taking an ease in grade and she can push the selection hardest.

King Massini - 14:10 Ludlow

Three of King Massini's four wins have come here, the latest when he landed a gamble over C&D last month. He's won from just 3 lb lower than his new mark in the past and is fancied to go well again. He's the reliable option, ahead of the well-treated but somewhat unpredictable pair of Goodtoknow and Tinker Time.
