Sword of The Lord gets to run off the same mark as when a clear second to Isaac Bell at Leicester 11 days ago and, though he's maybe not the most reliable, it could be worth taking him to strike while the iron is hot. This is a competitive race, with Pay Your Way a last-time-out winner (raised 9 lb) and handicap debutant Elkstone feared most.

Doctor Look Here - 14:40 Taunton

A few from the Sue Gardner yard have done better for the reappearance and as such the yard is now having winners. Doctor Look Here was runner-up on his return/handicap debut last time and could be the answer now with that run behind him. It's another competitive race, with Calin du Brizais and Popping Along leading the dangers.

Barrakilla - 15:10 Taunton

Barrakilla shaped well in Cheltenham handicaps on his last two starts in 2014/15, runner-up in the December Gold Cup and then failing to stay over three miles at the Festival. Though this trip will be very much a minimum for him, he still appeals in this much-lower grade. Balgarry and Gores Island are likeliest if the selection finds it all happening a bit too quickly.
