Timeform provide you with a bet from Ascot on Friday afternoon and two from York's evening meeting...
Ascot 16:05 - Exosphere
The lightly-raced Exosphere can take another step forward and complete the hat-trick. Exosphere showed plenty of promise when finishing in mid-division in a typically-informative renewal of the Wood Ditton on debut, and he then did well to get off the mark at Lingfield, clocking an impressive closing sectional time. Exosphere showed marked improvement on his next start, showing useful form to win at Doncaster, and he will take plenty of beating here with the excellent Pat Smullen in the saddle.
York 19:30 - Crystal Zvezda
Crystal Zvezda pulled away her chances in the Oaks but she's better judged on her previous performance when she showed a blistering turn of foot to beat some promising rivals at Newbury. Crystal Zvezda is a half-sister to Group-race winners Crystal Capella and Hillstar and she has evidently inherited plenty of ability herself, really taking the eye with the devastating burst of speed she produced to win at Newbury. She will need to settle better than she did in the Oaks but the application of a hood and drop back in trip may help in that regard, and she deserves another chance.
York 20:00 - Hakka
The well-bred Hakka duly built on his debut promise when readily seeing off a subsequent winner in a Wolverhampton maiden early last month and he looks to have been allotted a fair opening mark as he steps into handicap company. The three-year-old Hakka faces largely exposed older rivals and he can take this en route to bigger and better things.
