Gold Speed - 14:30 Tipperary

Gold Speed opened his account in good style in a Navan bumper back in September, and he quickly transferred that form to hurdles, getting off the mark over obstacles at the first attempt at Galway the following month, well on top at the finish. He hasn't been seen on the racecourse since finishing fourth at Fairyhouse in November, where he was ridden too aggressively, but he is a promising sort and looks the pick of the weights on his reappearance.

Monsieur Bagot - 15:00 Tipperary

Monsieur Bagot remains a maiden after seventeen runs but made a pleasing return to action when third at Downpatrick after eleven months off recently, far from disgraced on his first start over fences for well over a year. He switches back to hurdles here and is still lightly-raced for Gavin Patrick Cromwell's yard, so there could be yet more to come from him and he should be backed accordingly with a run now under his belt.

Rippon Lodge - 15:30 Tipperary

Rippon Lodge confirmed his return to form when second at Kilbeggan a couple of starts back, looking a big threat to the winner before his early exuberance caught up with him over the longer trip, and, stepped back in trip at Ballinrobe last time, he produced a career best but again found one too good. He looks well treated here and is worth considering to gain his first win.
