Phoenix Open 2026 - Contenders based on current form

Scottie Scheffler @ 9/43.25

The world number one won by four shots on his return to action a fortnight ago - an ominous sign for his rivals that we could be in for another year of Scheffler dominance. He arrives at TPC Scottsdale, where he won in 2023 and '22, after a week off and looks well-worthy of favouritism.

Si Woo Kim @ 28/129.00

The South Korean was tied for second at the Farmers last week, with his best performance yet in an excellent start to 2026 which also includes sixth at the American Express and 11th at the Sony Open. His previous best here was 12th - an effort he will believe he can improve on this time out.

Pierceson Coody @ 60/161.00

At a big price, we can back an American who was another of the runners-up last week, and registered top-20 finishes at the American Express and Sony Open prior to that. The Texan has not appeared at this event but is undoubtedly a man in form.

Phoenix Open 2026 - Contenders based on course form

Xander Schauffele @ 22/123.00

The second favourite didn't play at the last two editions of this event but he made the top-10 on four of his last five visits, including third-place in 2022 and second the year before. He missed the cut last week but will fancy his chances of kickstarting his season in Arizona.

Nick Taylor @ 25/126.00

The Canadian was 25th last year but won this tournament in 2024 and finished second the year before that, so enjoys playing at TPC Scottsdale. His two appearances so far this year have yielded top 30 and top 20 finishes.

Brooks Koepka @ 40/141.00

The American won this event five years ago and finished third when defending his title. He missed it after that, due to playing on the LIV Tour, but is back this time as part of his return to the PGA. Way back in 56th last week, could the stage be set for the Floridian to impress at a venue of which he has fond memories?
