Who will win this week's European Masters golf?

Andy Swales provides the course and current form stats and we recommend the players to back at the Omega European Masters this week...

European Masters current form picks

Matt Wallace @ 14/115.00

Wallace boasts both course and current form, so he's our top pick this week. He won this tournament in 2024 and finished runner-up here in 2025 and 2022, so the fact that he's had a top 15, top 10 and top 5 finish in his last three starts bodes well for another great week in Switzerland.

Thomas Detry @ 25/126.00

It wasn't long ago that Detry was performing well, and winning, on the PGA Tour so we know he has the class to compete at this level. He now plies his trade on LIV and has finished 17th and 10th in his last two starts, suggesting that, although he might not be in brilliant current form, he certainly looks like he's returning to his best.

Fabrizio Zanotti @ 125/1126.00

At his peak Zanotti was good enough to win the BMW International Open and contend in big tournaments like the Irish Open, so he could be an outsider to consider this week given that he's recorded top 10 finishes on his last two starts, including at last week's British Masters.

European Masters course form picks

Rasmus Hojgaard @ 18/119.00

The Dane could have been a selection due to his current form given that he's finished second and fourth in two of his last three starts, so that form is really encouraging given that he won this tournament at Crans-sur-Sierre in 2021 and finished runner-up here last year.

Thriston Lawrence @ 50/151.00

South African Lawrence looks as though he's ready to hit form again with a T30 and T13 in his last two starts which is highly encouraging going back to a tournament and course he loves, having won the European Masters at Crans in both 2025 and 2022.

Joost Luiten @ 55/156.00

Former world number 28 Luiten may be in the veteran stage of his career but he's no back number quite yet - as his T17 in a high class Scottish Open proved in July - and he really enjoys Crans, finishing fifth and sixth in his last two trips to the Swiss mountains.
