09:45 - October 9 - Ryan Fox fancied to win again
The second round of this week's DP World Tour event, the Genesis Championship in Korea, has just finished and the in-form South African, Casey Jarvis, is tied at the top with Frenchman, Antoine Rozner, on 10-under-par.
With a gap of three to the group of four tied for third place, those two dominate the Betfair Exchange market.
Jarvis looks a very fair price at 3.1511/5 and Rozner is trading at 4.47/2.
Sitting on -6 in a tie for seventh is the pre-event favourite, Si Woo Kim, and he's now an 8.615/2 chance with 36 holes to play but the one I like at halfway is the Open winner, Ryan Fox.
The Kiwi, who when interviewed after his round today, was very enthusiastic about both his game and the course, is an industry-best 12/113.00 with the Sportsbook, with three places still up for grabs, and that looks more than fair.
I've played him in the win market on the Betfair Exchange at 14.013/1 but I was tempted to play him each-way 12/113.00.
In addition to backing Fox, I've had a small saver on the favourite.
Jarvis is generally a 7/42.75 chance on the High Street and he's no bigger than 15/82.88 anywhere so the 3.1511/5 available on the Betfair Exchange is very fair.
As many as three of the last four course winners were in front at halfway and the odd one out, Minku Kim, in 2024, sat second.
The man alongside him, Rozner, hasn't impressed in-contention for some time and with a gap of three to the group in third, I thought Jarvis should be trading at less than 2/13.00.
